Sometimes judgments are fair, but they can also be influenced by biases or stereotypes. 6. Label A term or name used to categorize someone or something, often simplifying their identity. Labels can lead to stereotypes and may prevent seeing individuals as unique. 7. Unconscious Bias Attitudes or stereotypes that influence our judgments and actions without our conscious awareness. These biases are automatic and can affect decisions in subtle ways unless we become aware of them.
