Od 10.2-14.2 sa žiaci 3. ročníka zúčastnili workshopu na tému Globálne vzdelávanie. V pondelok sa zameriavali na globálne problémy a ich riešenia. V utorok absolvovali testy týkajúce sa výberu kariéry a vysokej školy. V stredu si vypočuli prednášky od organizácií Demagóg, ktorá bola o internete a overovaní informácii, a Amnesty International, počas ktorej sa žiaci dozvedeli o ľudských právach v digitálnom svete. Vo štvrtok ich čakala exkurzia na OLÚp Predná Hora, zameraná na novodobé nelátkové závislosti a ich prevenciu. Taktiež si pozreli expozíciu bulharského cára Ferdinanda Coburga nachádzajúcu sa neďaleko liečebného ústavu. V piatok si zrekapitulovali vedomosti, ktoré sa naučili počas týždňa. Z workshopu si odniesli mnoho informácii o globálnych problémoch, nelátkových závislostiach, či znalosti o rodine Coburgovcov.

Last week, February 10th- February 14th , the students of third year participated in a workshop about global education. On Monday, they looked into the main global problems and their possible solutions. On Tuesday, they completed multiple tests regarding their choice of career and university. On Wednesday, the students participated in lectures from organisations Demagóg, in which they talked about the internet and fact-checking information, and Amnesty International, where they went through human rights in the digital world. On Thursday, they visited OLÚP Predná Hora for a lecture about the modern non-substance addictions and their prevention. They also took a tour in the exposition of F. Coburg located near the rehab center. Lastly, on Friday, the students took a small test in order to recap the things they had learnt this week. This workshop was beneficial for them, as they gathered many information about global problems, addictions, or even historical facts about the Coburg family.
