Dňa 1. októbra sa na našej škole konali imatrikulácie prvákov, ktoré nás preniesli do sveta zakliatych rozprávok. Naši noví spolužiaci sa podujali na ich záchranu a po splnení úloh sme ich slávnostne privítali v komunite EGT.
Výzvy však nečakali iba na prvákov. Aj my, tretiaci, sme si pri príprave a organizácii podujatia preverili svoje organizačné a komunikačné schopnosti. Presvedčili sme sa, že čarovnú atmosféru nevytvárajú len kostýmy a rozprávkový príbeh, ale predovšetkým spolupráca, ochota pomôcť a spoločný smiech.
Naším cieľom bolo, aby sa prváci medzi nami cítili vítaní a spoznali nás aj mimo školských lavíc. Chceli sme im ukázať, že priateľstvá vznikajú naprieč ročníkmi a vekový rozdiel im vôbec nemusí stáť v ceste.
Veríme, že si prváci svoj rozprávkový vstup do života EGT užili. Tešíme sa na ďalšie spoločné zážitky!

A Fairy-Tale Welcome: First-Year Students Join the EGT Community
On 1 October, our school held a welcome ceremony for first-year students, taking us into a world of enchanted fairy tales. Our new schoolmates set out to rescue them, and after completing their challenges, we officially welcomed them into the EGT community.
The challenges were not just for the first-years. As third-year students, we also put our organisational and communication skills to the test while preparing and running the event. We discovered that a magical atmosphere comes not only from costumes and a fairy-tale storyline, but above all from teamwork, a willingness to help and shared laughter.
Our aim was to make the first-years feel welcome and give them a chance to get to know us beyond the classroom. We wanted to show them that friendships can grow across year groups and that an age difference need not stand in their way.
We hope our first-years enjoyed their fairy-tale introduction to life at EGT. We look forward to sharing many more memorable moments with them!
