Mnoho detí zažíva šikanu a trápenie.

Christmas story workshop
Last week, 28.11 to 2.12, was spent in a spirit of workshops.
The first years students worked intensively on the Christmas story workshop during the week. We and the pastor started every morning by singing carols together. Then the students split into groups and everyone worked diligently on their task... stagehands prepared the scene, backdrops and props and at the same time managed to decorate the school Christmas tree, technicians learned to work with sound and lighting equipment, actors rehearsed their roles. For a week, our classes turned into a professional theater. The first graders created a theater play, Christmas Spirits, in which they drew attention to the topic of bullying. They pointed out the Christian message of Christmas and the importance of understanding and love in the family. As they themselves assessed, many of them stood on the stage for the first time and performed in front of an audience. They found out how difficult it is to prepare a theater performance, how much preparation and effort is behind it.
The performance was appreciated by parents and older classmates. The message that the freshmen brought with the game is still actual.
As they stated in their closing speech:
Many children experience bullying and distress. Everyone suffers from it - not only the bullied, their families, but also those who bully. There are children who lack love, attention from their parents. Maybe they have a lot of work and responsibilities at this time and don't have time to devote to their children..... However, everything can be changed. Let's be better to each other, more attentive, let's be able to accept the differences of the other. It is in this Advent season that God gives us the opportunity to make amends.
