Decembrový workshopový týždeň v treťom ročníku patril téme finančnej gramotnosti. Tento týždeň sa niesol v duchu praktického počítania príkladov z finančnej matematiky. Žiaci sa oboznámili s jednotlivými položkami výplatnej pásky, ako aj spôsobom ich výpočtu. Žiaci navrhovali riešenie prípadovej štúdie zameranej na prácu s rozpočtom rodiny s prihliadnutím na aktuálnu situáciu na finančnom trhu. Oboznámili sa s produktami finančného trhu, ako aj jeho nástrahami. Pohľad na osobné financie bol doplnený aj prednáškou externej lektorky zo spoločnosti Partners Group. Biblický pohľad na tému financií priblížila lektorka zo spoločnosti Biblia a financie. Prakticky si žiaci svet financií mohli vyskúšať na hre Finančná sloboda, ktorá simulovala istý historický úsek vývoja na finančných trhoch. Žiaci netušili, ako sa budú trhy správať. Prijímali rozhodnutia, ktoré im prinášali zisky, poprípade niekedy aj straty. Workshop bol obohatený aj rovesníckym vzdelávaním, ktoré pokrylo dve témy. Viliam Slašťan a Natália Nemcová spolužiakom priblížili tému Money mindset. Ján Beneš a Kristína Tkáčiková prispeli témou Finančné podvody. Obidve témy boli doplnené praktickými aktivitami, ktoré ich spolužiaci veľmi ocenili. Ďakujeme všetkým, ktorí sa podieľali na zostave workshopových tém z oblasti financií a prispeli tak ku kvalitnému obsahu a pestrej forme tohto workshopu.

The December workshop week in the third year was devoted to financial literacy. This week was focused on practical calculations using examples from financial mathematics. Students learned about the individual items on a pay slip and how they are calculated. They proposed solutions to a case study focused on working with a family budget, considering the current situation on the financial market. They learned about financial market products and their pitfalls. The overview of personal finances was supplemented by a lecture from an external lecturer from Partners Group. A biblical perspective on finance was presented by a lecturer from Biblia a financie (Bible and Finance). Students were able to try out the world of finance in practice with the game Financial Freedom, which simulated a certain historical period of development on the financial markets. The students had no idea how the markets would behave. They made decisions that brought them profits or, in some cases, losses. The workshop was also enriched by peer education, which covered two topics. Viliam Slašťan and Natália Nemcová introduced their classmates to the topic of Money Mindset. Ján Beneš and Kristína Tkáčiková contributed with the topic of Financial Fraud. Both topics were supplemented with practical activities, which were greatly appreciated by their classmates. We would like to thank everyone who participated in putting together the workshop topics in the field of finance and thus contributed to the high-quality content and varied form of this workshop
